Porcupines - Duh!

On the way to my mom's last night - mine and lilly's conversation:

L: Mommy, can I swim with my ducky floaty
M: Well, maybe - I think it has a hole in it
L: Ah....Porcupines
M: (stunned)
L: You know...they are very pointy
M: Well, I'm pretty sure that meemaw doesn't have Porcupines in her garage.
L: Duh mom - they're outside!

Lilly's Dress Rehearsal

Well, tonight was Lilly's dress rehearsal for her recital. It was adorable. Does anyone know how hard it is to curl hair and put makeup on a 4 year old!!

Little Slave Lilly

Lilly and I were cleaning her room last night. She was being a huge brat - aka typical 4 year old. Anyway, I was having her carry some old toys downstairs and on her 2nd trip down she looks up and says 'what am i your servent now'
